Our computerized inspection leads to verified results and also provides records and a history of dimension. Inspection reports can be shipped with the product or retained on file at Covert.
In-house, independent, quality auditing ensures constant quality control. We have on-going quality audits performed by employees throughout our organization and we welcome audits from our customers at any time. Covert products are inspected by quality control experts using third Zeiss CNC CMM’s with electronic probes to measure parts accurately within 0.0001 inches. The addition of our fourth CMM, the Zeiss Contura G2 with a vast XXT Scanning Head, we can now measure with an accuracy level repeatable to 0.00001.
